Workdays are an integral part of accomplishing school projects at SCSC as well as building maintenance.
Every other month (typically on the first Saturday of each month) parents, children and faculty take responsibility for various chores that need to be done around the school.  Two or three homebases take responsibility for leading each workday. Every year we save many thousands of dollars from the contributions made by parents and faculty on workdays…ultimately the children benefit from these savings.
